Zimbabwean Media Personality, TV Host, Podcaster, Producer, Columnist & Public Relations Consultant.

I am the Host & Producer of a PAN African TV Show called Thatha Wena & a podcast called The Gilmore Tee Vibe.

Born on 21 March 1990 and the last born in a family of four.

I established Hunnar Management Agency in 2013 as a private limited company which specialises in PR services, events coordination and branding.


2010:  Listed as one of the 6 Inspiring Young people from the Global Youth Summit 2009 that was held in England. This was after he was invited to Number 10 Downing Street where he met Former British Prime Minister- Gordon Brown. 

2013 :  Listed as one of the world’s most influential young people by UK Magazine – Eduzine.  Nominated for Style icon of the year at the Zimbabwe Fashion Week Awards in 2013.

2014: A Nigerian magazine called Remarkable30 founded by Nigerian social entrepreneur Yinka Brand, nominated Gilmore as one of 30 remarkable young African “doers” under the age of 30. Listed as Africa’s 30 Most Inspirational Young People by Youth Village Africa.



2015:  Nominated for Community Leader Award at the IARS Research and Youth Leadership Awards 2015 which were held in London(UK). Listed as Zimbabwe’s 20 Most Influential Young People by Youth Village Africa.  Won Best Male Fashion Icon award at the Matabeleland Fashion Week. Nominated for Style Icon of the Year at the Zimbabwe Fashion Week.

2016: Appointed as brand ambassador for TZM Fashion House by Thembani Mubochwa. Listed as Zimbabwe’s 100 Most Influential People and also won an Award as Best Fashion Producer at the Zimbabwe Models Awards.

2017:  Listed under 100 Greatest Zimbabweans by Alpha Media Holdings, for his work in the fashion and arts sector.



Gilmore Tee is one of the most opinionated Zimbabweans whose voice is heard on different platforms.

Gilmore is a Columnist for The Standard newspaper, Licensee for MTV Shuga, TV Host & Producer for Thatha Wena, Brand Ambassador for Ster-Kinekor, and a Mandela Washington Fellow.
